UK accounting and company support — wherever you are based.
Britvex supports overseas founders, directors, investors and property owners with the UK side of company formation, registered office needs, accounting, tax and ongoing compliance — without pretending every cross-border question can be reduced to one tax rule.
Start with the UK issue that applies to you.
“International” is too broad to be useful on its own. Britvex separates the journey into the practical UK-side routes most overseas clients actually need.
Overseas Founders
Form and maintain a UK company while the shareholder or director is based outside the UK.
Overseas Founders →UK Market Entry
Build the UK-side company, address, accounting and compliance structure for entering the UK market.
UK Market Entry →Non-Resident Tax
UK tax reporting where an individual is based overseas but still has relevant UK income, gains or property.
Non-Resident Tax →UAE–UK
A dedicated route for UAE-based founders, directors, investors and property owners with UK accounting or tax needs.
UAE–UK →A UK company creates UK obligations even when you run it from abroad.
Incorporation is only the first step. Overseas owners usually need to think about the registered office, company records, bookkeeping, annual accounts, Corporation Tax and Companies House compliance from the beginning.
UK Company Formation
Organise the company setup and connect the formation to the ongoing UK services that follow.
Company Formation →Virtual Office
Registered office, director service address, business-address and mail-handling support where appropriate.
Virtual Office →Annual Accounts & Bookkeeping
Keep UK financial records organised and build the year-end accounts from the same company information.
Accountancy →Companies House & Tax
Keep annual company filings and Corporation Tax connected rather than managing each deadline separately.
Company Compliance →Understand → Establish → Operate → Maintain.
Cross-border work becomes clearer when the UK-side obligations are mapped first and the accounting, tax and company services are then built around that map.
Identify the UK connection.
Company, property, income, directorship, investment or another UK-side requirement.
Put the required UK structure in place.
Company formation, address arrangements, onboarding and the correct starting records.
Keep the UK financial work organised.
Bookkeeping, payroll, annual accounts or property records depending on the client’s position.
Keep filings and tax connected.
Companies House, Corporation Tax, Self Assessment and other relevant UK obligations continue from the same record.
The UK company is one component of entering the UK market.
A founder entering the UK may also need an address solution, bookkeeping, payroll, annual accounts, Corporation Tax and company administration. Britvex focuses on building those UK-side components into one connected relationship.
A dedicated route for UAE-based clients with UK obligations.
UAE-based founders, directors, investors and property owners often need a clear UK-side contact for company administration, accounting, Corporation Tax, Self Assessment or property-related reporting.
Britvex keeps the focus on the UK accounting, tax and company work. Where a matter depends on UAE law, immigration, local licensing or another specialist area, that issue should be considered separately with the relevant adviser.
Living outside the UK does not automatically remove UK tax reporting.
Overseas individuals can still have UK tax obligations because of UK property, UK-source income, disposals or other UK connections. The correct treatment depends on the individual facts rather than nationality alone.
International clients often need more than one UK service.
Start with the immediate requirement, then keep the next accounting, tax or company obligation connected where it belongs.
Company Formation
Establish a UK company and connect the formation to the services required after incorporation.
Company Formation →Virtual Office
Registered office, director service address, business-address and mail-handling support where appropriate.
Virtual Office →Accountancy
Bookkeeping, payroll, annual accounts and financial reporting for UK companies.
Accountancy →Business Services
Company compliance, Companies House work and the broader UK company relationship.
Business Services →A UK relationship that remains accessible when you are abroad.
Britvex connects onboarding, documents, accounting and client communication through a UK practice and secure online portal.
Before you start the UK side.
International cases depend heavily on the facts. These answers explain how Britvex structures the UK-side relationship without oversimplifying cross-border issues.

Can an overseas founder form a UK company?
Yes, overseas founders can form UK companies subject to the Companies House formation, identity, address and company-information requirements that apply to the proposed company and people involved.
Can Britvex provide a UK registered office?

Yes. Annual accounts and Corporation Tax are separate obligations, but Britvex can keep them connected to the same underlying company records.
Does Britvex give UAE tax or immigration advice?
